Vera Zhang is the Founder and Lead Lash Artist of Wink Square Lash & Brow. With more than a decade of professional experience, she is recognized for her expertise in advanced lash artistry, education and permanent brow services.
Vera has collaborated with leading Korean educators in the research and development of Korean Keratin Lash Lift techniques. Her professional approach emphasizes precision, client safety, lash health and polished, customized results.

Lucia Dumbrava is a highly experienced lash educator, speaker and IBJA judge with more than a decade of experience in eyelash extensions. She has trained internationally and is recognized for her technical precision, advanced techniques and commitment to lash safety.
Based in Romania, Lucia owns two lash salons, organizes professional master courses and has educated thousands of students worldwide.

Lash Educator · International Judge · Founder of UILA Beauty Studio
Iuliia Ianysheva is a seven-time lash champion, educator and international judge with professional experience since 2017. She is the Founder of UILA Beauty Studio and is recognized for her precision, technical skill and dedication to professional education.
After serving as a judge for NYC Lash Elite™ 2026, Iuliia returns to evaluate the next generation of lash artists in 2027.

Online and Remote Judging
All competition entries are submitted online and evaluated remotely according to the official NYC Lash Elite™ 2027 competition standards. Judges may not compete in the same event.
