General Event Info

When and where is NYC Lash Elite™ 2027 taking place?

April 16–18, 2027 at The View by Landmark® at Lincoln Park in Jersey City, NJ. A three-day luxury experience: April 16 (Friday) is the Elite Artistry Showcase™. Saturday, April 17 is the Global Speakers & Educator Summit with education, demonstrations, networking, and online championship recognition. Sunday, April 18 is the Gala & Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner.

Who is this event for?

Lash and brow artists, makeup professionals, educators, and beauty entrepreneurs seeking high-level competition, networking, and growth.

Competition

How do I enter the competition?

Complete the registration form, select your category, and follow the steps in your confirmation email. All entries are submitted online prior to the event and judged remotely.

When is the competition submission deadline?

Competition submissions are due by Friday, March 5, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Can I enter more than one category?

Yes. Competitors may enter up to three categories. Additional categories can be added for a fee.

Do I need a model for my competition submission?

Yes, where required by the selected category. Competition work may need to be performed on a real model and appropriate model releases must be provided. You do not bring your competition model to the NYC Lash Elite™ event because the competition is online.

What are the submission requirements?

Competition images must be high-resolution PNG files; 3000 pixels minimum on the longest side is recommended. Required releases and documents must be PDF files, and all materials must be delivered through Google Drive. Screenshots, watermarks, social-media downloads, material AI alterations, and digital lash or brow additions or removals are not permitted.

What categories are available?

Lash Extensions — Classic, Lash Extensions — Volume, Lash Extensions — Creative, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Creative Brow Artistry, Makeup — Natural Glam, and Makeup — Editorial / Creative. Entries are submitted digitally and evaluated remotely. View full rules on our Competition page.

Speakers & Judges

How are speakers and judges selected?

By invitation or application, based on experience, relevance, and alignment with the event's theme.

Can I apply to be both a competitor and a judge?

To avoid conflicts of interest, we don't allow the same individual to judge and compete.

Sponsorship & Swag Bag

Can my brand be featured in the swag bag?

Yes. Reach out through our sponsorship form. Products must be received by the stated deadline.

Tickets & Registration

When will tickets go on sale?

Registration is now open. Review the registration package and competition requirements before completing payment.

What types of tickets will be available?

The approved public registration package is $1,249 and includes three-day event registration and one online competition nomination. A three-payment registration plan is available.

What is the refund policy?

The initial registration deposit is non-refundable. Each subsequent installment becomes non-refundable once successfully processed. Proper written cancellation stops future unprocessed payments. If registration is paid in full, the full amount paid is non-refundable, subject to the official cancellation policy. Exceptions apply where otherwise required by applicable law.

Attendance-only Passes

What attendance-only passes are available?

The Elite Education Pass is $749 for April 16–17, 2027 (Days 1 and 2). It includes the Elite Artistry Showcase™, Global Speakers & Educator Summit, and both days’ breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments; it excludes Day 3, the Gala, and competition nomination. The Elite Gala Pass is $349 for April 18, 2027 (Gala Evening Only) and includes the Gala dinner and evening entertainment; it excludes daytime awards-program admission, education sessions, and competition nomination.

Are attendance-only passes paid in full?

Yes. Attendance-only passes are pay-in-full purchases. They do not use the competition payment plan and are not eligible for discount codes.

How do I purchase an attendance-only pass?

Buy the Elite Education Pass or Buy the Elite Gala Pass. These purchases are separate from competition registration and do not include competition entry or submission materials.

Day-of-Event

What time should I arrive?

Review the published event schedule for attendance information. Competition submissions are completed online and are not performed at the venue.

Will the event be livestreamed or recorded?

Select segments may be recorded or streamed. Details will be emailed closer to the date.
